Benchmarking for CRM / AMS use in associations

We are inviting all Executive heads and Membership directors / departmental heads to take part in this benchmarking exercise. If you know a colleague who is responsible for this area, please forward this on. It is a single form and takes ONLY 812-15 minutes to complete.

The key findings of this benchmarking exercise and a longer report, as well as a personalised comparison to your peers and similar associations (using our ReadyMembership technology) will be shared with all those who complete the survey.

How do you use your current CRM / AMS system?

We recognise that some functionalities might be used less frequently but are still vital to your organization’s needs when utilised. For example, if your organization uses the CRM / AMS for event payment or billing system but only invoices annually, this means the billing system function is fully utilised during that time. Please consider both how often you use these features and their importance to your operations when responding.
