The Association of Association Executives is organising a pilot trial (for 10 associations) of a new tech platform that enables online deliberations with members of associations called Voxiberate.
Voxiberate uses a proprietary deliberation algorithm in combination with Artificial Intelligence to automate facilitation of membership deliberations at scale. Inspired by best practices from political science, it provides a new and exciting way to engage with your members on many use cases, including:
- Change management. e.g. quickly test proposed changes, invite opinions and different points of view from across your membership
- Policy development. e.g. broaden your working / policy groups, get input from membership on policy issues, perform quick "reality checks'' on ideas and proposals
- Dive deeper into survey results. e.g. explore and better understand a survey finding
- Crisis management: eg. explore consensus to de-polarise an issue that is causing division or tension
Voxiberate has been used at this early stage by the International Water Resources Association to deliberate membership pricing, and for a variety of projects outside associations.
