EAPB gathers member organisations - including public banks, funding agencies, and banking associations - from 17 European countries. We represent the interests of over 90 financial institutions at EU level. With a combined balance sheet of around EUR 3,4.trillion and a market share of approximately 15%, our members are a key pillar of Europe’s financial landscape.
Responsibilities
- Executive assistance to the Secretary-General;
- HR and payroll coordination (timesheets, holiday allowances, implement best practices in health & safety);
- Managing team agendas, travel arrangements, and meetings;
- Bookkeeping: processing invoices and expenses, coordinating with the accountant;
- Maintaining mailing lists and membership contacts;
- Managing supplier contracts and procurement processes;
- Supporting event organisation (on-site, online, and abroad);
- Handling AISBL administrative requirements (Belgian Gazette, UBO Register, KYC);
- Uploading website content (as Communications Manager back-up);
- Coordinating office facilities with our co-tenant;
- Providing general administrative support.
Skills, Competencies, & Experience
- Solid education and at least 1 year of relevant experience in office administration;
- Excellent command of English and French (written and spoken); German is an asset;
- Very good IT skills and ease with digital tools;
- Flexible, well-organised, and detail-oriented;
- Able to work independently and as part of a multicultural, international team;

Working locations
