About the role
As a Junior Project Manager at IBS Consulting Srl, you will support the delivery and management of various client projects, ensuring they meet objectives within scope, budget, and timeline. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with some project management exposure, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on project requirements.
Task Management and Monitoring:
- Monitor project progress and update relevant documentation.
- Identify and report any potential risks or issues to senior management.
- Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities within the project.
Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare regular status reports for clients and senior managers.
- Communicate updates effectively across all project stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up action tracking.
Quality Assurance:
- Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Participate in post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Skills, Competencies & Experience
- Knowledge of major European funding programs for industry (e.g., Horizon Europe, LIFE Programme, Innovation Fund, RFCS, Digital Europe).
- 2 years of experience in writing and/or managing European funding projects.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Word, xls, ppt).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Italian language (written and spoken) - mandatory
- English language (written and spoken)
- Training certificates or similar on EU funding.
- Good writing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Economics Scientific Technical and Social Sciences
