About the Organisation

MND. Our mission is to improve care and support for people with MND, their families and carers. We fund and promote research that leads to new understanding and treatments and brings us closer to a cure for MND. The Association also campaigns and raises awareness so the needs of people with MND, and everyone who cares for them, are recognised, and addressed by wider society.

About the role

The Brand Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing brand-related projects to ensure consistency, alignment, and strategic growth. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing brand campaigns, and ensuring all branding initiatives align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, creative expertise, and the ability to drive brand strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution:

  • Develop and oversee brand project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all brand-related projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to execute branding initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with branding projects.

Brand Strategy & Development:

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to refine and implement brand positioning.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
  • Conduct brand audits and implement improvements as needed.

Creative & Content Coordination:

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop brand visuals, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Review and approve brand assets to maintain brand integrity.
  • Oversee content creation, including digital, print, and multimedia materials

Market Research & Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to inform branding strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze brand performance metrics.
  • Provide reports and recommendations for brand enhancement and growth.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring alignment on brand messaging and strategy.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and consultants.

Skills, Competencies & Experience

  • Proven experience managing brand rollouts, ideally within the charity sector.
  • Good understanding of brand strategy and implementation.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Clear and confident communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (we use MS Lists and Planner but welcome experience with others).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, and Communications, in a related field.
