Grace has over ten years’ experience working in different event sectors including corporate, entertainment and educational. She joined the Railway Industry Association three years ago as the Marketing & Events Manager and has since progressed to Marketing & Events Director, leading a growing team. During her time at RIA, she has built and developed the events programme into a successful and well-regarded calendar, while also driving forward RIA’s marketing strategy and campaigns. In recognition of her work, Grace was named on the Trade Association Forum’s Women Power List 2025.
