From risk to resilience: Best practices for associations
Proactive risk and issues management is essential for protecting an association's hard-won reputation in an era of scrutiny and distributed trust. By identifying potential risks early and managing emerging issues strategically, associations can secure stakeholder trust, protect member value, and ensure they deliver on their mission.
This seminar will help associations understand how to identify and mitigate reputational risk and to avoid public difficulties by managing emerging issues. Ben Verinder, Managing Director of Chalkstream and a founder member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ AI in PR panel, will explore overviews of best practice, case studies, relevant research and AI tools to support risk and issues management.
Key topics will include:
12:00 - Introduction
12:05 - Presentation
