Soazig Daniel currently serves as the Executive Director for SECEC - Shoulder & Elbow Community, a medical association dedicated to shoulder and elbow professionals. She is responsible for enhancing the communities educational programmes, research opportunities, fellowships, and networking events, ensuring that members from all over Europe and beyond can share knowledge, experience, and best practices in the field of shoulder and elbow care.
Prior to joining SECEC, Soazig was the Association Manager for the European Association for Osseointegration (EAO). During her tenure, she successfully helped the Board Of Directors develop an education strategy that increased membership by nearly 50%. She also played a crucial role in launching the international implant dentistry diploma and other educational projects, as well as implementing a CRM system to support the association's growing community and communication needs. Before that, she worked for 10 years in Dublin as the Association Congress Manager for the International League against Epilepsy. Supervising the congress secretariat team, the scientific programme coordination, managing a budget of over 1M EUR, and overseeing all promotional activities. Soazig successfully organized congresses in major cities worldwide, including Buenos Aires, Madrid, Lisbon, Vienna, Paris, Helsinki, Singapore, Berlin, Budapest, Rhodes, Rome, and London.
