Peter has led his current organisation's digital channels to realise huge growth (500% growth in audiences and engagement on Linkedin and Facebook, 150% audience growth on Twitter and by far the most followed of any medical royal College). Their emails have an open rate of 50%. He has led a full transformation of the website including leading supplier procurement, new CMS and CRM integration, new site structure and design - the site has since has won multiple awards. leading the Choose Psychiatry campaign in 2022 to the best engagement in the history of the campaign with it reaching 15m people on social media and the web hub being visited 100,000 times.
As an ex-national newspaper journalist he is extremely strong on written communications, tone of voice, landing key messages, and all forms of editorial.
His project management experience includes lots of Prince and Agile. He has a diploma in Leadership and Management and has experience of coaching, identifying new roles and building high performing teams.
