Simply the best personal and professional development I've had in a while. Over the two days, I learned from excellent leaders, networked with suppliers, and enjoyed the very best hospitality.
I took away a lot of inspiration with me for our association. The format of multiple workshops is great. Mutual support and discussing cases and questions in a very kind and secure space was very helpful.
A great success. I got key information from speakers and discussed opportunities with service providers. Networking with colleagues from other associations and attending specific sessions for medical associations was of great value. The hospitality and the organization were perfect.
It is always good to step out of the 'BAU' and spend time with peers to listen, connect, learn and be inspired to consider new ideas, ways of working or opportunities. The congress is an excellent opportunity to do all these things - and learn about a new destination too.
The sessions were relevant, interesting, and with excellent and engaging speakers. It was also good to meet with my peers and share experiences about events in the current climate, as well as sponsorship and membership acquisition.

A meaningful experience that I highly recommend. The diverse range of topics, expert speakers, and networking opportunities provided excellent insights into the current trends and future directions. The interactive sessions with case studies were particularly beneficial. It really was a great opportunity to expand knowledge and connections.
A great opportunity to learn from the successes and failures of various initiatives. The sessions generated a lot of food for thought, all very useful to bring back to work, to initiate positive change, and to improve efficiency and impact.
During the sessions, which were very active and engaging, I learned things to improve membership engagement, attraction and retention. The generous support from other Delegates during the case studies was extremely useful and gratefully received.
A very educational conference. I went last year and yet again they impressed me with their high quality engaging sessions. I look forward to next year's conference.

I thoroughly enjoyed the meeting; it was incredibly valuable to connect with colleagues from other organizations. Sharing our common challenges and collaboratively finding suggestions for improvements and solutions was extremely beneficial. I came away with several concrete actions that I am already working on implementing within my organization. In summary, the days were immensely rewarding.

Extremely useful, engaging, and interesting event. As a Secretary General for an association, I found it also inspirational, under so many different angles. The very good pragmatic examples and the possibility to really interact with each other, discovering very common issues and potential solutions to those issues, made our presence there truly valuable. Keynote speakers and session leaders were very well chosen.
This event was perfectly timed for my organization. We are currently developing a membership program, and the inspiration, struggles, solutions, and out-of-the-box thinking examples from other Associations were helpful and insightful. Also, the sessions with experts on financial management, stakeholder management, and AI were of great help. But the most interesting part was to meet and discuss other association executives in their struggles ánd ambitions.

Attending the Hamburg Associations was an incredibly valuable experience. The education sessions, particularly those focused on medical associations, offered actionable insights and fresh perspectives that I can immediately apply to my work. Equally important was the opportunity to connect with peers who truly understand the challenges and evolving landscape we all face. Sharing experiences and solutions with such a dedicated community is always a joy.
