The Association Technology Showcase, now the seventh in the series, enables association executives to hear a range of ways they can transform their association and its activities.

The sessions include independent presentations from consultants on how best to select suppliers, followed by multiple presentations with case studies from a range of suppliers.

This is your opportunity to connect directly with association leaders and demonstrate how your technology can drive their success. Present with your association clients to showcase real-world impact in events, membership, website, eLearning, AI, marketing, communications, video, and more. Position your company as a vital partner in their growth and forge lasting relationships.

Presenting & Sponsoring Package

Promotion prior to the event

  • Your logo with link to your session, on up to 40,000+ promotional emails
  • Your logo on the home page and agenda page of the event website with a link to your Session page
  • A Session page with your logo, profile session information, contact details, book an appointment link, and a selection of example clients
  • An advert in an AAE eBulletin prior to the event

At the event

  • 40 minute presentation, to include a case study of one or more clients use of your technology, either with or without the client presenting as well
  • Inclusion of contact details and your own appointment calendar link (eg. Calendly) posted in chat to delegates during your presentation

Promotion after the event

  • Your details included in the post-event summary email sent to the AAE community
  • Your presentation video added to the Supplier Showcases
  • Your presentation video emailed to the AAE community
  • Best practice content piece written by you (non-sales content) published in the Resource Centre, and promoted to the AAE community

Delegate list

  • Two days before the event you will receive the list of registrants for your session, to include Name, Job title, Organisation (not for pre-event communication)
  • After the event you will receive the list, including Name, Job title, Organisation, Email address and Phone number
