When & how is the shortlist of finalists announced?

On Thursday 31 October, by email to entrants, at the AAE website and on AAE's social media channels.

How much does it cost to enter the awards?

If you are a member, then there is a discount to enter, of 20% on the standard fee. If you subscribe to a paid plan, then you get one nomination for no fee. View the fee details here.

When and where is the Awards Ceremony?

The awards ceremony takes place during the Associations UK Congress dinner on the middle evening, which is Monday 16 December at Warwick Conferences.

How much does it cost to attend the Awards Ceremony?

If you nominated and your nomination is a finalist then you (or a colleague) can attend the ceremony for no fee by attending the Associations UK Congress as a delegate. If your entry is in a project category then you (or a colleague) present about the project success in the Tuesday afternoon sessions of the congress. You will be provided information on how to book your no-fee place on the congress in the shortlist announcement email.

If you are a colleague of a nominator and wish to attend the Awards Ceremony, then you can book on the Associations UK Congress with a special discount (details provided to the nominator in the finalist announcement email) or book a place just for the ceremony at the Fees page of this website.
