The Awards Ceremony takes place on 30 June 2025 in Hamburg, Germany during the Associations World Congress.
- All finalists are invited to the Associations World Congress - two respresentatives may attend for project-based categories and one for other categories, at no fee. Subsequent representatives may attend at 50% of the congress fee (applicable at the time of booking)
- Details of how to book on the congress will be provided by email with the announcement of the finalists
- Finalists of the project-based categories create an Association Success Story of their project, which will be displayed for all delegates to view and request during the congress
- The finalists will be announced by email to all nominators, and at the website, on Tuesday 15 April
- Attendees to the ceremony (and the congress) will need to book on by the end of Friday 2 May
- Accommodation and travel is the responsibility of the delegates / finalists
